|HTNG Strategic Pillars - Global Strategy Team|
HTNG regularly identifies the greatest challenges and opportunities within the business of IT in hospitality. These priorities have been divided into the below Strategic Pillars.
To increase progress and performance in these areas across the industry the HTNG Global Strategy Team was formed. This team’s primary purpose is to bring focus and attention to the Strategic Pillars and align HTNG Workgroups to higher strategic concepts.
The Global Strategy Team is lead by Strategy Chairs elected bi-annually for each Strategic Pillar Strategic Advisors appointed from HTNG’s Board of Governors.

Staff Recruiting and Engagement
Mission: Improve technology and its use to increase staff engagement, to make staff members' lives easier and to generate greater productivity while also making careers in hospitality operations and IT more attractive.

Mission: Increase security awareness beyond compliance, promote best practice security measures, and develop a common understanding of risks and threats targeting the hospitality industry.
