Marco Trecroce joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2010 as the company's first Chief Information Officer in its 56 year history. During his time at Four Seasons he has led the company through extensive global IT and Business Transformation. The company has invested heavily in cloud based technologies for its hotel, residential property operations and global corporate offices.

Marco led the company's entry into mobile technology, launching the first Four Seasons mobile app in 2015 which was introduced to the luxury traveler as a complementary high-tech addition to the Four Seasons legendary high-touch service. Recently, Four Seasons extended their digital experience with the introduction of a mobile chat service available in over 100 languages to service the diverse global guest in their preferred language.
The mobile transformation continued by introducing the first mobile Business Intelligence platform to Four Seasons providing next-day performance metrics to the hotels and corporate offices around the world. This application is considered a leader in the hospitality industry.

As an early adopter of cloud technologies, Four Seasons led the hospitality industry with cloud based global human resources software to 45,000 employees. Four Seasons operates hotels in 43 countries and the software supports 19 different languages.

Marco has a diverse background with international global experience. He began is career at IBM in Sales and Marketing before joining Andersen's IT Consulting Practice. Moving to the United Kingdom in 1999, he assumed a number of CIO and COO senior executive positions specializing in business transformation for such companies UK Tour Operators as Air Tours and Thomas Cook. He then worked for Opondo, and Amadeus online travel company, before returning to Canada in 2006.
