The deadline for booking rooms at the discounted rate has passed, however, the hotel will try to accommodate you as best as possible. Please contact the Shangri-La reservation team at, and mention that you are with the HTNG group.


Discounted Rate: 6,000 THB, plus taxes and fees (currently 17.7%)

Hotel Cancellation Policy: 

Any reservation not cancelled prior to 30 June will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. The hotel will charge an early departure fee equal to one night room and tax for those that check out prior to confirmed checkout date.


HTNG does not solicit room bookings for our conferences, other than links through this website. If you receive a call or email from anyone claiming to represent HTNG and soliciting a room booking, please report it to our Events Team, as it is fraudulent. 


Transportation Information

Airport Information:

The Suvarnabhumi Airport is approximately 34 km/21 miles from the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok, or 45 minutes by car.


Taxi Cab Services:

Taxi services are available at the Suvarnabhumi Airport on the first floor of the Passenger Terminal Complex.


Car Service:

The Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok provides private car services. Please contact the hotel at least one day prior to your arrival to reserve a car.

  • Mercedes Benz S-Class 300 BlueTEC HYBRID Exclusive: 3,000 THB
  • Executive Van: 3,500 THB

There will be a surcharge for limousine services between 23:30 – 5:30 .



Valet and complimentary self parking are available to all meeting participants at the hotel.
