First Runner-Up: Relay by ISavioke

Relay is the first autonomous robot for hotels. It delivers amenities to guest rooms quickly (typically under 5 minutes), delighting guests and leaving staff free to interact with guests. Beyond amenities, Relay can take grab-and-go food, beverages, (one hotel is delivering Starbucks) and other times to support housekeeping staff. Relay supports process innovation, raising the service level at hotels for very little additional cost. Relay has done over 15,000 deliveries to date.

Second Runner-Up: Travel Tripper Rate Match by Travel Tripper

Travel Tripper Rate Match is a price matching widget installed into a hotel’s booking engine. When a guest checks for rates availability, the widget instantly compares the hotel’s current rate with several OTAs. If a lower price is found anywhere else, the widget automatically price matches the lower rate (with discount, if the hotel chooses) so the guest is guaranteed the best rate at booking. This effectively eliminates the need for archaic best rate guarantee programs.
