Welcome to the HTNG community!

You are now a part of the global community that includes more than 400 hospitality and technology companies, 5,000+ individuals and represents over five million hotel rooms and other leading hospitality venues. HTNG is led by our Board of Governors, comprised of CIO-level IT executives from some of the largest hospitality brands in the world.

We invite you to take a moment to review HTNG’s mission and goals, as well as policies on membership, privacy, workgroups, events and our code of conduct.


Involvement = Benefit

Without a doubt, members who engage in HTNG experience the most return on their investment. Below are some first steps to take advantage of everything that membership has to offer.

Your first 30 days:
  • Log in to the HTNG website, upload a photo and complete your profile.
  • Schedule a welcome call with an HTNG staff member.
  • Send us your logo and a brief description about your company.
  • Sign up for one or more workgroups to be a part of solving industry challenges, along with the opportunity to build relationships and learn from your fellow members.
  • For corporate members, share the membership registration link from your welcome email with team members who might like to get involved. Employees of your company have the ability to sign up for free under your corporate membership.

Your first 60 days:
  • Explore all of HTNG’s resources including our specifications by product type, API Registry, webinars, Consultant Directory, industry job board and member directory.
  • Attend an HTNG event! Conferences are held annually in the following regions: Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Our Insight Summit is an additional meeting held annually in North America in the fall.
Your first 90 days:
  • Register your interest in speaking or participating in a panel at an HTNG event.
  • Contact us about event sponsorship opportunities to extend your visibility and marketing reach.
  • Submit a request to conduct a webinar on a trending industry topic.
Your first 120 days:
  • Schedule a check-in call with HTNG to get any questions answered and ensure you are maximizing your membership.

How do I sign up for a workgroup?
Visit our List of Workgroups and click on "More Information" for any active workgroup that interests you. Once you're on the specific workgroup home page, click "Join Group" at the top of the page.
