HTNG's North American Conference is a members-only conference, with an exception that any employee of a hotel or hospitality company can attend. If you are unsure if your company is a member, review our Members List.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Hoteliers, Allied Members and Individual Industry Partners will receive a 100% refund until 19 Feb. After 19 Feb., the fee is nonrefundable, but we do accept substitutions. All other members will be able to receive a 50% refund if cancelled by 20 Nov., a 25% refund if cancelled by 19 Feb. After 19 Feb. the fee is nonrefundable, but we do accept substitutions. HTNG recommends purchasing private trip insurance in case you are unable to attend the conference.
Extra registrations sold with sponsorships are subject to a separate cancellation policy, as described in the Event Sponsor Terms & Conditions.
Travel Visa Issues: Registration fees are fully refundable in the event that the attendee is unable to obtain a visa for the United States, provided that an invitation letter has been requested and provided by HTNG, and that the HTNG Events team is notified no later than the earlier of (a) February 19 or (b) four weeks after the date of the invitation letter.
