Douglas RiceExecutive Vice President & CEODouglas Rice is Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of HTNG, reporting to the organization’s board of directors. He was an original founder of HTNG in 2002 and has remained involved ever since, becoming its first permanent Executive Director in 2004 and assuming his current position in 2007. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences, has served on the HITEC Advisory Council, and was a founding member of the Hospitality Technology Strategic Initiatives Council. Doug was selected by Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) as the 2012 inductee into the International Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame, and was honored by Hotel Business magazine in a 2008 cover story as one of the five most influential executives in the field of hotel technology. Prior to HTNG, he was a consultant for more than 15 years; his clients included senior IT, marketing and operations executives from major hotel companies around the world. Doug's prior career included several years as a Marketing Manager at United Airlines, and as an Economist with Data Resources, Inc., a major economic forecasting company now known as GlobalInsight. He earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar, and his undergraduate degree in with Highest Distinction in Economics, with a double major in Mathematics, from Dartmouth College. |

David SjolanderChief Operating Officer As Chief Operating Officer, David is responsible for driving the operational execution of HTNG’s mission. David is a lifelong hotelier with deep background in hotel technology, distribution and operations. He has held senior executive positions with several industry suppliers, such as Pegasus, TravelClick and Fidelio, as well as leading hotel chains Carlson Hospitality and Hyatt. David holds a bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Denver and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He also serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the Fritz Knoebel School Of Hospitality Management at the University of Denver. For information about David joining HTNG, view this press release. |

Tami Craig
Database Administrator Tami joined HTNG in early 2012 as its Database Administrator. She maintains the association’s customer relationship management system, processes new membership enrollment applications, and handles HTNG LinkedIn Discussion Group requests to join. She handles member account and contact changes to ensure that HTNG has current information in its database. Tami earned a BA in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, then moved to New York to attend NYU’s Summer Publishing program. Tami worked in production at HarperCollins Children’s Books and in the production and project editorial departments at W.H. Freeman & Co. Publishers. She was also a copy editor at Cendant Corp. and a freelance proofreader. She enjoys spending time with her two children, attending their sporting events, walking her dog and golfing.

Judy CzarnikMembership ManagerAs Membership Manager, Judy manages the membership process and provides support to members and prospective members alike. She serves as the key point of contact for members addressing all questions, issues and membership changes. Judy works with prospective HTNG members to understand their business and determine how HTNG membership can best meet their needs. Prior to HTNG, Judy was Sales & Marketing Manager for the Audit Bureau of Circulation, a media information association. Judy has significant sales and marketing experience and enjoys delivering valuable solutions to members. She earned a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University with a minor in Psychology. |

Patrick Dunphy
Workgroup Facilitator and System Administrator Patrick's responsibilities largely focus on Infrastructure and Device Forum activities and workgroups. In addition to managing the ongoing activities of the forum and workgroups as well as coordinating forum meetings, Patrick is also responsible for managing HTNG’s many internal systems. Patrick holds several Microsoft systems certifications and is familiar with managing systems across distributed networks. In his prior role, Patrick managed IT projects and provided technical support for a suburban Chicago school district, which totaled 25,000 users in 27 different buildings. In his free time, Patrick enjoys reading popular fiction and improving his technical skills, including Drupal, Microsoft platform operating systems, VMware and network security practices. During the occasional need to unplug, he also enjoys camping, boating and hunting. |

Greg Kinley
Events Manager As Events Manager, Greg coordinates all HTNG event logistics. This includes site selection, planning and management of all regional conferences (including exhibit and sponsorship sales), but also our workgroup and forum meetings. Greg has significant global events and conference management experience in the association space. He spent several years as the Event Operations Manager for the International Engineering Consortium, where he produced large events within the telecommunications industry. He has produced and managed events throughout Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and Australia. Greg attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh where he earned a BA in Marketing. He is an avid sportsman and, along with his wife and three sons, enjoys camping, fishing, boating, hiking and most other outdoor sports.

Brian LarsonDirector of MarketingBrian manages marketing and communications for HTNG. He is responsible for all member and non-member communications, including the HTNG Interface Newsletter, event promotional and support materials, HTNG's website, social media, as well as some workgroup communications. Brian also spreads the good news about HTNG throughout the industry through media communications, advertising and managing the Most Innovative Hospitality Technology Award. Before coming to HTNG, Brian worked in Internal Communications for MetLife and for 13 years at Motorola, first supporting the automotive and electronic components businesses and then marketing communications systems for police, fire and other government agencies. At Motorola, Brian promoted their role in the standards development for Public Safety Communications. He earned an MBA with High Honors and a BA in Communications, Phi Beta Kappa, from Indiana. He spends his free time with his wife and three children, playing competitive volleyball, taking photographs and nurturing a growing interest in golf. |

Kylene ReeseWorkgroup Operations ManagerKylene oversees the operation of HTNG workgroups. She also is the staff facilitator for all software-related workgroups and manages all documentation for specifications in certification. She enjoys helping HTNG members get more involved in the organization and would be happy to answer any questions about workgroups operating within the Software Forum and their specifications. Kylene worked in management at Target Corporation for two years before joining HTNG. She obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Marketing with honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In her free time, Kylene enjoys running, biking, and creating art-including sculpture and photography. |

Jay RosamiliaWeb Services ArchitectJay comes to HTNG with significant experience with HTNG and OpenTravel Alliance web services, having worked as a Senior Software Developer for PAR Springer-Miller Systems and Shift4 Corporation. Jay is a technical resource on many workgroup calls, has been charged with improving and maintaining better technical consistency of our specifications, and has also been chartered with creating a certification testing service. Jay resides in and works remotely from Stowe, Vermont, after having spent 2.5 years at our Schaumburg campus outside Chicago. He has two young boys and attended Notre Dame College in Manchester, New Hampshire. |
