Upgrade to Platinum

Use the form below to upgrade your existing Corporate membership in HTNG to the Platinum level.  The total cost for an annual Platinum membership is US $7,000 per year, but your total membership dues will be reduced based on the number of months remaining on your existing membership.

Platinum membership is open to HTNG Corporate Members whose dues are paid and who are not more than thirty days overdue on any payments to HTNG.

Benefits of Platinum Membership include:
  • Full membership in all HTNG forums at no additional cost
  • Featured placement on HTNG website members list
  • Identified as Platinum Member, with company logos, on HTNG promotional materials and website
  • Rights to use the HTNG logo with the words "Platinum Member," in a standard format, on company advertising material, website, etc.
  • 21-day priority signup period for sponsorships, tabletop exhibits, and other promotional opportunities at HTNG's conferences and other events.
  • Priority for other HTNG events and activities where we anticipate greater demand than supply.
  • 25% discount on sponsorships and exhibit tables at HTNG conferences in the North American, European, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions (discount applies to a maximum of one sponsorship and/or one exhibit table per event).
  • 10% discount on conference registration for company employees.
  • Discounts on other sponsorships and events may vary.
After you complete the form:
  1. Your membership status will be reviewed and the prorated cost of the upgrade, based upon your renewal rate, will be calculated.
  2. An invoice for the prorated amount will be sent via e-mail, normally within two business days of form submission.
  3. You can pay the invoice online by credit card from the link in the e-mail, or mail a check to address shown on the invoice.  For bank transfer information, see the invoice or contact our billing department.

    I agree to pay HTNG the current US $7,000 per year rate for a Platinum
    membership. I understand that unused months of our current corporate
    membership will be prorated. I understand that membership dues
    are nonrefundable.

    I understand that a billing invoice will be sent to the e-mail address listed
    under billing contact (or the primary marketing contact, if no billing contact
    is listed). This invoice may be paid by check or bank transfer, or may be paid
    online using American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.

    I understand that our Platinum membership status will become effective on the
    date when payment is received and will be valid through the end of the current
    month in the following calendar year. If payment will be delayed more than 30
    days, you may request a new invoice that will reflect a smaller pro rata credit
    for your existing membership, and an additional month (or months) of Platinum
    membership based on a later upgrade date.
