Join as a Hospitality Member

Thank you for your interest in joining HTNG as a hospitality member. You can use this form to apply for:

  • A corporate membership for a company that runs one or more hotels, casinos, cruise lines, restaurants, theme parks, bed and breakfast, campground, arena, or other hospitality venue.
  • An individual membership if you are a full-time employee of such a company.

If you work for a different type of company, you cannot use this form.  Please review the other options on our main Join page.

What happens after you complete the form:
  1. Your membership type will be validated (please allow two business days).
  2. An invoice will be sent via e-mail.
  3. You can pay the invoice online by credit card from the link in the e-mail, or mail a check to address shown on the invoice.  For bank transfer information, see the invoice or contact our billing department.
  4. Your membership will be activated (please allow two business days), and you will receive:
    • A welcome e-mail with information and login credentials
    • For corporate memberships, information on how you can enroll additional individuals. To enroll additional people now, send their contact information (name, email, phone, title) via e-mail to our membership mailbox.
