Member Registration Request

Corporate members of HTNG are entitled to enroll additional employees under their company's membership. Enrollment is required for access to the HTNG collaboration site, to receive HTNG mailings, to register for HTNG conferences, or to join HTNG workgroups or teams.

If you work for a member company or an affiliate and would like to enroll yourself or a colleague, please complete the form below.

Open enrollment: With the sole exception of hotel companies who purchased a "five-pack" membership, corporate members of HTNG can enroll as many employees as needed.
Eligibility for affiliated companies: HTNG corporate memberships cover employees of affiliates as well, provided that there is more than 50% common ownership of the member and the affiliate. For hotel companies, they also cover employees at managed properties. Please note that for technology providers, only one company name can be used per membership; affiliates who wish to participate under their own name need to join separately.
Contractors and consultants: Corporate memberships do not automatically cover non-employee contractors or consultants, although HTNG will consider requests. Please contact membership@htng.org for details.
Verification: If you use an e-mail address outside your company's domain, your enrollment may be delayed while we verify your affiliation. In addition, a few member companies require that we obtain their approval before enrolling their employees. We will advise you of any problems with your request.
