Enroll under an Existing Corporate Membership

Enrollment is required for access to the HTNG collaboration site, to receive HTNG mailings, to register for HTNG meetings, or to join HTNG workgroups or teams..  If you work for a member company or an affiliate and would like to enroll yourself or a colleague, complete the form below enroll under and existing corporate membership after reviewing the following enrollment guidelines.

  • Employees of Corporate Members: Enrollment for all employees is included with any full Corporate membership. For hotel companies who have the limited "five-pack" membership, you can still fill out this form; if needed, we will contact you regarding your eligibility.
  • Employees of Affiliated Companies: Corporate memberships cover employees of affiliates as well, provided that either the member company owns more than 50% of the affiliate, or the two companies have more than 50%  ownership in common.  For hotel companies, corporate memberships also cover employees at managed properties.  Please note that for technology providers, only one company name can be used per membership; affiliates who wish to participate under their own name cannot use this option, but need must establish a separate membership.
  • Contractors and Consultants: Corporate memberships do not automatically cover non-employee contractors or consultants, although HTNG will consider requests.  Please contact our membership mailbox for details.
  • Distributors and Resellers: Corporate memberships do not cover distributors or resellers unless there is a qualifying ownership relationship as described above.

How long will it take? We strive to process these enrollments within two U.S. business days.  For the fastest turnaround of your enrollment, be sure to use your email in your company's domain.  Otherwise we will have to verify your affiliation.
