The conference program includes two content types.  Sessions are either thought leadership topics led by key industry executives or external speakers, or HTNG workgroup progress reports.  As with all HTNG events, there will be plenty of time for networking.

Eligibility and Pricing

Qualifications/Eligibility:  The HTNG Asia-Pacific Members' Meeting & Conference is a members-only event.  Policies on attendance can be found here.  With two exceptions, you or your company must be a member of HTNG in order to attend.  The first exception is that non-member hoteliers (employees of hospitality companies) who would like to learn more about HTNG prior to joining may be eligible to attend as a guest of one of our sponsors, or at a subsidized rate thanks to our New Attendee Sponsor.  The second exception is local or regional distributors for HTNG member companies.  HTNG may require written documentation of a distributorship.  Please contact HTNG at our events mailbox for more information.

• A special package is available for non-member hospitality company employees based in Asia.  This package includes a one-year individual membership (normally US$300) plus the conference attendance (a US$675 value), for just the price of US$425.  Click here for details.

• Non-members who do not qualify for the special package need to purchase a membership at regular rates first.  Once their membership has been activated, they can register for the conference. Join HTNG here

Conference Registration

Registration includes all general conference sessions, breaks, lunch, and cocktail receptions.

Cancellation Policy:  By 1 June 2009: $100 USD cancellation fee. From 2 June - 1 July 2009: $200 USD cancellation fee. After 1 July 2009: No refunds, substitutions only

Rate:  Run of house room: S$220 per night + taxes

Cutoff Date:  Monday, 29 June 2009 - After this date, reservations will be made on a space and rate availability basis only.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

From 29 June to 6 July 2009 -- One night cancellation charge including taxes

After 7 July 2009 -- Charged for full length of stay as reserved and confirmed
