Eligibility

The HTNG 2008 Annual Members' Meeting and Conference is open to individual HTNG Members and to employees of corporate members. 

You must be enrolled in HTNG's membership database before you will be able to register for the conference.  If you are not already enrolled, please do one of the following before trying to register for the conference.

• Does your company or an affiliate holds a corporate HTNG membership?  If so, you can enroll in our membership database here.  Once your have received your confirmation e-mail, you can come back here to register for the conference.

  • Not sure if your company has a corporate membership? Check the list of corporate technology provider members here, or the list of corporate hotel members here.  Certain hotel corporate memberships cover only a limited number of people; we will advise you if this is the case.

  • Affiliates under common control of or with an HTNG corporate member company can use the same membership.  "Control" means majority ownership (more than 50%). 

  • Employees of hotels may enroll under the corporate membership of the hotel's management or owning company.
