HTNG's Asia-Pacific Conference is open to all HTNG members (including all employees of members from the vendor community) as well as employees of hotel or hospitality companies, whether or not you are an HTNG member. If you are unsure if your company is a member, you can review our Members List.

HTNG members can either use the "Yes" button in the e-mail sent to you by our Events team or you can start the registration process by clicking the button above. All members can use this link to register for the Conference and eligible hotelier members can also use it to register for the IT Leaders' Roundtable. |
Use this link if your company is a member, but you have not yet enrolled. Complete the enroll form and put a comment in the box at the end of the form that you are interested in this conference. We'll enroll you in our association and e-mail you a custom registration link for you to register for the event. |
If you are a hotelier who is not a member of HTNG, start your registration process by using the linked form. We will e-mail you a conference registration link with which you can register for the event - typically within a day or two after you submit the form. |
If you are a technology or service provider who is not a member of HTNG, you must first Join HTNG. When you do, make a note in the comment box at the end of the form that you wish to participate in this event and we will contact you with process info. New members are entitled to early registration prices within 30 days of membership activation. New members are defined as those who have not held an active membership in at least two years. |

| Vendors With Certified Products Save $200! | Does your company have HTNG-certified product(s)? If so, you’re entitled to a special discount. Every product that you have certified entitles you to a 200USD discount on one registration per event. (Cannot be combined with other event discounts). Cancellation/Refund Policy
For any non-hotelier registration, you will receive 75% back if you cancel by 22 May; 50% back if you cancel by 22 June. After 22 June, registration rates are non-refundable, but we do accept substitutions.
For hotelier registrations, you will receive 50% back if you cancel by 22 June; non-refundable after 22 June, but we do accept substitutions.
Sponsorships and tabletop exhibits are non-refundable. Extra registrations sold with sponsorships and tabletops are subject to a separate cancellation policy, as described in the Participation Agreement.
