Registration - Forum & Workgroup Meetings - North America
Forum meetings provide opportunities to learn; to share information; to network at social events; to coordinate efforts across workgroups; to make personal contacts with potential buyers, sellers, and partners; and to work together to market the results of workgroup efforts. Outside speakers may present on a range of topics and workgroups may choose to meet during, before, or after a forum meeting. Members of the Infrastructure & Device Forum or Software Forum will meet during the day on April 2, 2012, prior to the Monday evening 10th Anniversary Celebration.
Meeting Details
The Forum and Workgroup meeting agenda is currently set up as follows:
Infrastructure and Device Forum – Monday 2 April, 9am - 5pm with workgroups meeting throughout
- Infrastructure Resource Team – 10:45am - 2:30pm
- Mobile App Connectivity to Hotel Systems - Prospective Workgroup Discussions - 2:30pm - 4:30pm
Software Forum – Monday 2 April, 8am-11am with these workgroups meeting afterwards:
- Folio Detail Exchange Workgroup – 11am-12pm
- Intelligent Guest Room Workgroup – 1pm-5pm
- Product Distribution Workgroup – 1pm-5pm
- Secure Payments Framework Workgroup (hotelier-only meeting) – 1pm-3pm
- Customer Profile Workgroup – Cancelled (as of 3-23)

Register Interest
You may register your interest in attending the workgroup and/or forum meetings in Chicago on April 2, 2012 by emailing our Forum Facilitators.
Eligibility and Pricing
All hoteliers, consultants, Platinum members, Benefactor members, and corporate members whose memberships include participation in the forums are welcome to attend their applicable meetings. Hotelier members have complimentary registration. Corporate industry partner members of a forum may register one attendee to attend that forum at no charge. For other forum members, a meeting fee may apply. Those who are not members of the Infrastructure & Device Forum may join for an additional fee or in some instances are eligible to attend as a guest.
