Thank you for your interest in attending HTNG's North American Conference.

If you are an senior level IT employee of a hotel or hotel company, then we are delighted to extend you the opportunity to attend at the special promotional price of 150 USD.   Because this rate is considerably less than our cost, we reserve the right to limit the number of attendees per company and/or to decline requests from nonqualified hoteliers.

If you provide products or services to hotels (aka "vendor"), or are a consultant, academic, or student, then you must be a member of HTNG to attend, read below for next steps.

• If you work for a company who provides products or services to hospitality and you are unsure if your company is a member of HTNG, first look for your company name on the Corporate Industry Partners section of this Our Members page.  If your company is listed as a member, do not use this form, instead you must enroll in HTNG and you will then receive all member's privileges, which include a login and Password to register to attend.
• If you or your company are NOT members, you will need to join HTNG to attend, then standard registration rates will apply, except that you will receive the early registration rate, no matter how late you register.

Your application will be considered within two business days, and we will contact you with further instructions for registration.

Senior-level hoteliers from hotel groups are also eligible for free registration at our Hotel IT Leaders' Roundtable.
