Thank you for your interest in attending HTNG's European Conference and Members' Meetings.

If you are an senior level IT employee of a hotel or hotel company, then we are delighted to extend you the opportunity to attend at the special promotional price of 100 EUR (plus 19% VAT).  Because this rate is considerably less than our cost, we reserve the right to limit the number of attendees per company and/or to decline requests from nonqualified hoteliers.

If you are a vendor, consultant, academic, or student, then you need to join HTNG in order to attend.  Standard registration rates will apply, except that you will receive the early registration rate, no matter how late you register.  You can still use this form, and we will contact you to explain your membership options and the total cost.

Senior-level hoteliers are also eligible for free registration at our Hotel IT Directors' Roundtable, and may be eligible to attend our Infrastructure & Device Forum meetings as a guest by emailing our Forum Facilitator indicating your interest.
