Eligibility

The HTNG 2007 Annual Members' Meeting and Conference is open to individual HTNG Members and to employees of corporate members. 

You must be registered in HTNG's membership database before you can register for the conference.  If you are not registered, please do one of the following before trying to register for the conference.

• Does your company or an affiliate holds a corporate HTNG membership?  If so, you can register in our membership database here.  Once your have received your confirmation e-mail, you can come back here to register for the conference.

  • Not sure if your company has a corporate membership? Check the list of corporate technology provider members here, or the list of corporate hotel members here.  Certain hotel corporate memberships cover only a limited number of people; we will advise you if this is the case before your credit card is charged.

  • Affiliates under common control (50% or more ownership) of an HTNG corporate member company can use the same membership. 

  • Employees of managed and franchised hotels are considered to be employees of the management company, and may use their management company's corporate membership, but not their franchisor's membership. 

• If you are not an HTNG member and would like to attend, you can join here. 

How To Register

We have just launched the first phase of our new membership system, which will allow you to register online for any HTNG event and to pay by credit card when you register.  You will need your login and password, which were e-mailed to you on January 27, or in your welcome e-mail if you joined or registered in our membership database at a later date.

• Have your new login and password?  Then you're all ready.

• If you do not have your login and password, use the "Forgot Your Login Information" link and they will be e-mailed to you. 

• If the system cannot find you, and you already have login credentials for our collaboration site, please contact our membership department for assistance. 

• If you are not registered in our database, see the Eligibility section above for instructions on registering.
