Through 10 October, all attendees should register through our Online Registration Site - but HTNG members, please read this information first, so you don't pay too much!

Discounted Rates for HTNG Members

If you hold an individual HTNG membership or if your company is a Corporate HTNG member, then in most cases you are entitled to discounted Member rates for the conference.  Visit our Members page to see if your company is a corporate member.

Important:  Our conference registration site will give you the Members discount ONLY if your e-mail address has been pre-registered in our database.  If you visit the online registration site and are quoted the non-member rate (see rate schedule below), then your e-mail address is NOT registered with HTNG.  This may be because your e-mail address has changed, or because you have never registered.

Employees of corporate HTNG members can register with HTNG by visiting www.htng.org/CredRequest.htm.  This does NOT register you for the conference, but it enables you to get the member rates when you do register.  Please allow one business day for your registration to be processed.  You will be notified by e-mail when it is complete.  Please note that certain hotel corporate memberships are valid only for a limited number of individuals and may require the approval of someone within your company before we can approve your request; we will advise you if this is the case.
